Lets Clear up some Questions from DBJ Blanks;

Q. Do you have the Items in stock?
A. Not all the time, we are slowly growing our collection of in store blanks as we've only just taken over the business from Sage Blanks. This will take some time but if if the Item Description says In Store, it is here in Kadina

Q. What is a Pre-Order? 
A. A Pre-Order is basically letting me know what colours we need to order in and roughly what everyone is wanting from DBJ Blanks. The times we will be ordering is in the Description and the rough time for it to come from suppliers to us but Socials will have all the details. 

 Q. What are the T&C's for the DBJ Blanks Postage?
A. We know Postage isnt going to be cheap when dealing with Australia Post, but the average person will order about a Large Box worth of Blanks which is roughly $18. IF we need to ask you for more regarding postage, we will send you an invoice with the postage minus the $18 you've already paid to help cover the cost. If it’s under $18, you’ll get a refund of the excess postage costs (eg; $9 postage, you’ll get $9 refund) it’s only fair right?!
This is honestly the best way we could think to do it so it is fare and not a rip off. You'll still be able to pay that difference with all the payment methods available. 

If your in the Copper Coast, you can always ask for Store Pick-Up and get it from 1 Goyder Street in Kadina ...well I mean anyone can do store Pickup but its a long drive (depending on where you live)

Do You refund the Delivery or Postage back to DBJ Blanks?
No, this is NOT something I will cover or refund. It's your responsibility to cover the standard post WITH tracking number so I can track the package and you can too…basically covering both of our butts - Refunds will be done upon return of item/s and inspection. Postage back to DBJ Blank is at senders cost.
