Hi Everyone, I thought I would have a page dedicated to my Frequently Asked Questions that I do get a lot, hope this helps:

Q. Current Turn Around for Products? 
A. Current turn around is between 5-10 business days (not including weekends). 

Q. What are my Postage Options?
A. Postage is through Australia Post - you can have tracking postage which you will receive an email with your tracking.

There is also Untracked Stamp Postage available BUT please note, designs by Jules has no liability against australia post losing it as I can’t track it - I always suggest tracked postage so it’s reliable. 

Q. How Long can a Product take to get to me?
A. Depending on the type of product. My Templates are really easy, I can just cut and sent BUT if I don't have the blank or vinyl colour in stock, I like to estimate about 3 weeks to cover postage of blank to me, creation and sent out to you. 

Q. What are my Vinyl Choices?
A. Depending on your Purchase, if you would like a custom colour (my standard is white) please make a note at the checkout, i have got 2 prices when it comes to my vinyl. Both HTV and Adhesive Vinyl cost me different prices and sadly i have to pass that on, so I class them as Standard Vinyl and Fancy Vinyl. Standard Vinyl is the base price, these are solid colours that don't have any fancy features about them. My Fancy Vinyl is all the special effects vinyl, Glitter, Holo, Metallic, Printed (those are usually ordered in) and over 3 colours of Standard Vinyl layered. There are so many colours on the DBJ HQ wall that I'm sure we will find the right vinyl for your project.

Q. How do you PRICE your Logos?
A. I am a Self taught graphic Designer and because of this I can offer lower prices. I charge $50 for the first hour and $25 per hour after that. I encourage you to give me as much detail as possible for that first hour; this can include inspiration pics, fonts, colours, and styles. I become very annoying in your inbox because i will work with you till its PERFECT. I do have some limitations but i discuss that with you at time of consult. 

Q. Where are you Located & Do you have a shop I can visit?
